Project Description
Armand Corporation provided full construction management services for the $53 million structure that serves as a basketball arena, sports complex, and multi-purpose facility for Temple University. Armand Corporation was responsible for all of the field operations including environmental concerns, administrative functions, budgeting, scheduling, reviewing contractors' invoices and change orders, and ensuring site safety. Armand Corporation was in joint venture with L.F. Driscoll Construction for the 13,000-seat arena, meeting rooms, parking garage, and student sports complex. The project was completed on time and with spectacular results.
