ARMAND CORPORATION is a minority and woman-owned technology, construction management and engineering business created in
1990 and incorporated in 1991. Barbara Armand, President and C.E.O. of Armand Corporation, has extensive experience in the
engineering and construction industries. Her training took place within the nuclear power industry working for such clients
as Gulf States Utilities, Nebraska Public Power District, Texas Utilities, New York State Power Authority and Northeast Utilities.
In conceptualizing the structure and organization of Armand Corporation, Barbara focused on a plan for success.
After months of meticulous planning, the structure and organization of the company became a reality.
It is now evident that it was this initial planning which served as a springboard for the success of the firm.
Since the company's inception, Armand Corporation has successfully conceived and implemented numerous and varied
projects in engineering, construction management, telecommunications & information technology. The company's experience
encompasses a array of markets including transportation, utilities, commercial building, housing facilities, and
institutional facilities. The client list is composed of some of the regions most reputable companies as well as public
authorities and government agencies.
The staff of Armand Corporation consists of personnel with comprehensive backgrounds and experience. We take pride in our
diverse personnel, which utilizes its skills to adapt to a wide variety of roles on any job.
Armand Corporation is certified by numerous city and state agencies in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York as
