Armand Corporation, a privately owned, Engineering and Construction Management firm, is currently seeking Resident Engineers and Inspectors for transportation projects in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.  
 
Qualifications
 

• A.A. or B.S. in construction or engineering field.
• Minimum of five years of experience.
• Must hold NICET, ACI and/or SAT certifications
• Experience with PENNDOT, NJTA, NJDOT or NYCDOT projects a plus.
• Must be willing to work in a competitive, challenging and rewarding work environment
