Description
These residential facilities are owned and operated by the Diocesan Housing Services Corporation of The Diocese of Camden, Inc. The principal funding for these facilities is a loan from the U. S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Administration.

Armand Corporation provided owner's representative services for more than 300 units at four senior living facilities located in Pennsauken, Deptford, Cape May, and Pleasantville, NJ. Specifically, Armand's services included budget control and oversight; monitoring shop drawing submissions; site and building inspections; review of change orders and providing analyses where requested; scheduling; punch list preparation and follow up; attending project meetings; and tracking and approval of contractor requests for payment.

Description
Prior to the completion of the Wynona Lipman Homes project, the Housing Authority of the City of Newark awarded Armand Corporation an additional construction management contract for Walsh Homes North, a 198 unit modular housing project containing 87 buildings. Armand's task was to re-start this $8M stalled project and complete the last 12 buildings. Initially, Armand verified the current status of the project and coordinated with Newark's Housing Authority to identify the work required to complete the project. Armand's construction services included review and budget control; site and building inspection coordination; change order review and tracking; scheduling; punch list preparation and completion; resolution of security issues; conducting project meetings; and approve of contractor requests for payment.

Description
Armand Corporation provided complete construction management services for this multiple phase project for the Housing Authority of the City of Newark. Armand was involved early in the project, from the selection of the developer to complete construction administration and latent defect inspection of the new townhouses. The First phase construction cost for this project was $34M. Second phase construction cost was $10M. Armand's construction services include review and budget control; site and building inspection coordination; change order and shop drawing review and tracking; scheduling; punch list preparation and completion; resolution of security issues; conducting project meetings; and approve of contractor requests for payment.
