Capabilities Statement - Technology Division

The Armand Corporation Technology Division provides professional services designed to support the typical lifecycle process for developing, implementing and managing systems including web, telecommunications and information network systems. Our professional services include planning, analysis, design, engineering, systems integration, installation, web design, and project management.

The Technology Division provides additional capabilities through the integration of selected tools and services from the company's Engineering and Construction Management divisions. These integrated services are packaged to offer outsource management of campus and building cabling systems, networks and telecommunications equipment, data centers, and facilities. Our integrated services can also be used to "design-build" campus and building network communication infrastructures consisting of climate controlled communications equipment rooms, cabling conduit systems, fiber and copper cabling systems, and electrical support systems. Our integrated services provide for systems and equipment assembly, staging, burn-in, configuration, and performance and factory testing. This capability is ideal for large and complex telecommunications and network systems projects.

In addition, the Technology Division maintains vendor relationships with telecommunications and networking industry leaders. These relationships allow us to use standard and proprietary hardware and software to develop "integrated network management solutions" (INMS). The INMS solutions provide clients with customized tools for effective management of their unique telecommunications network system environment. Help Desk, Service Order Processing, Cable Management, Device Management, and Configuration Management applications are integrated and customized to achieve the ideal solution for effective systems management.
