Our Story
Founded on April 16, 1991, in New Jersey, Armand Corporation has built a reputation for reliability and trust. From
the start, we have earned the confidence of clients and communities by handling significant responsibilities with
dedication and excellence.
Initially a General Contractor (GC), Armand incorporated Construction Management (CM) in 1994,
fully shifting to CM in 1998 to better guide clients through complex, large-scale projects. In 2005,
we expanded our role from subcontractor to focus on prime contractor projects, taking on
more responsibility and ownership of major projects.
By 2009, we had established a strong presence in New York City, where we continue
to lead community regeneration programs and urban revitalization efforts.
In 2012, we introduced Program Management services, broadening our
ability to oversee the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.
With over 30 years of experience, Armand remains a trusted partner,
specializing in complex projects that positively impact communities
across the Northeast region.
